Lamb of God Played Ashes Of The Wake Deep Cut “One Gun” and We’ve Got the Footage

Over the past weekend, the Headbangers Boat cruise by all accounts was a hell of a time, with attendees getting to witness some killer performances on the high seas, tragic situations aside. One of the highlights of the festivities was the Lamb of God set in which they played the entirety of their 2004 album Ashes Of The Wake for the first time ever.

Naturally, that meant they would have to perform a deep cut in the form of “One Gun.” It’s such a rarity in Lamb of God’s live repertoire that Setlist.FM lists it has having only been played five times since 2004, with the most recent time prior to the Headbangers Boat being September 2020.

With MetalSucks and Metal Injection CEO Frank Godla on the boat, we were lucky enough to be able to film this rarity and share it with everyone that couldn’t get their asses on that boat.

With next year’s Headbangers Boat already in the works, who knows what wild shit they’ll have for attendees next year? For now, here’s the video:
