Daniele Gates and Yohan Geronimo are doing what they can to improve their marriage on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, but the struggles are real. It seems like they’ve beeing trying to get on the same page, or the same chapter, ever since Daniele lied to Yohan about filing for his U.S. visa, and instead moved to the Dominican Republic. Daniele and Yohan had a pretty intense encounter in the “next time” segment of the latest 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, and there’s a good chance it was spoiled months ago thanks to social media. Here’s what we know about that situation and why it might be tied to their big scene in the preview for next week’s episode.
The New Preview Shows Daniele Kicking Yohan Out
90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way is all set to show audiences Daniele confronting Yohan about something possibly catastrophic. The word “disgusting” was used, and when he asked if the tiff was done, she told him to get out of her house. Clearly, something happened between them, and we may already have the answer to what it was thanks to social media.
Daniele’s Discovery May Be Linked To Yohan Cheating
In May of 2023, CinemaBlend reported on Daniele dropping some pretty scandalous accusations about Yohan online in the midst of The Other Way‘s Season 4 tell-all airing. Daniele claimed there was evidence of Yohan cheating, though she admitted there wasn’t hard evidence of any sexual acts going down. There were chat logs with other women, screenshots of them on video chat, and evidence of secret meetups. There was also a brief comment about how Yohan “put his hands on” her once but added it only happened one time.
Daniele didn’t post any receipts or further evidence for fans, and now we may know why. If this was all going to be covered in the then-filming current season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, receipts back then would have revealed a key part of the current storyline. TLC doesn’t seem to like when cast members do that type of thing, so perhaps she was stopping short of revealing any information that could impact a breach of contract with the show.
I feel confident this is the teased drama on the way because I’ve been waiting to hear more about it throughout the start of Daniele and Yohan’s latest season. And yet, there’s been no mention of it, and it’s been relatively smooth sailing. I mean, yeah, they’ve had arguments, but nothing on the level of what has been teased. That’s why I have to believe this reveal is what’s coming, and it could cause some big problems.
As for whether or not it will be the end of the 90 Day Fiancé couple’s marriage, that seems unlikely. InTouch revealed that Daniele hinted via Instagram Stories in June of 2023 that she and Yohan were still married, so it would seem any rough roads that came up during The Other Way are in the rearview. There was talk of getting divorced the previous season, but they stayed together most of this season to film afterward. Maybe it’s just one of those cases where a split is suggested anytime issues spring up.
