Video Premiere: Øvi – “Crucifixation”

Metal

Decibel is pleased to present the new video for “Crucifixation,” from the mysterious musical collective known as Øvi. Fans of bands like Gojira and the later works of Dimmu Borgir and Enslaved will find a lot to dig into on this track. The dramatic and powerful music is matched by the striking and menacing imagery presented in the music video.

The band has opted to remain anonymous to allow the music to speak for itself. In doing so, they allow their exploration of self-destruction and internal torment to shine even brighter. While little is known about the band, they’re clearly well-prepared to unleash their form of “modern black metal” on the world in loud, theatrical fashion.
