Siergio Returns With New Song ‘Take You Out’

R&B

Discounting last year’s one-off track “I Miss U,” Siergio inserts himself back into the R&B conversation with his new song titled “Take You Out.”

The emerging crooner gets his hands on a smooth, uptempo backbeat produced by DJ Cool and sings about asking a love interest on a night out on the town. Not only does Siergio want to claim her for his own, but he also wants to show her off and remind other fellas what they can’t have.

Discussing “Take You Out,” Siergio exclusively tells Rated R&B, “This song was special for me because it felt like a reintroduction to my fans, to music and to just love in general. This single really sets a precedent for the tone of the album.”

On Jan. 24, Siergio will drop the song’s supporting video, describing it as “an ode to unapologetic Black love.”

Speaking on his upcoming album, Siergo reveals, “I know it may sound cliché, but this album is some of my best work to date. I wanted to create something completely inspired that shared where I’ve been in life and love since my fans last saw me in the ‘Waiting’ video. This project really is a journey to self and I hope everyone enjoys the ride.”
