PARTYNEXTDOOR has returned with his new album, PARTYNEXTDOOR 4 (P4), via OVO Sound.
The 14-track set includes the previously shared songs “Her Old Friends,” “Resentment,” “Real Woman,” and “Lose My Mind.”
Regarding his new album, PARTYNEXTDOOR states, “I want my fans to experience this album in a way that allows them to take exactly what they need from it. whatever they are going through… relationships, whatever it is – when they listen to this album, they can use my stories to learn from and relate to.”
P4 arrives with a video for the dancehall-tinged “For Certain,” directed by Edgar Daniel, which can be viewed below. The video continues where the visual for “Real Woman” left off.
P4 is the follow-up to PARTYMOBILE, released in 2020. It debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top R&B Album chart and No. 8 on the Billboard 200. PARTYMOBILE featured collaborations with Rihanna (“Believe It”) and Drake (“Loyal”).
P4 is the fourth installment of the Canadian singer’s PARTYNEXTDOOR series. Prior to P4, his last installment, P3, was released in 2016. The album included his Drake-assisted hit “Come and See Me,” which peaked at No. 5 on Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart.
This July will mark the 10th anniversary of PARTYNEXTDOOR TWO. Drake was also the sole feature on this album, appearing on the syrupy “Recognize.”
