2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards Nominations Announced, Giveon Leads

The 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards nominees have been revealed, and Givēon leads among R&B acts with seven nominations, including three for his “Peaches” collaboration with Justin Bieber and Daniel Caesar. 

Givēon is running on his own in four categories, including Best New Pop and R&B Artist, R&B Artist of the Year, and R&B Song of the Year for “Heartbreak Anniversary.” 

Silk Sonic, composed of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak, rounded out with six nods, mainly for their breakthrough single “Leave The Door Open.” 

With an assist on Doja Cat’s “Kiss Me More,” SZA claims five nominations. Of those nods, she scored one in the R&B field for her solo single, “Good Days.” 

Other nominees include The Weeknd, Jazmine Sullivan, H.E.R., Daniel Caesar, Chlöe, Tank, VanJess and more.

The ninth edition of the iHeartRadio Music Awards will take place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and will broadcast on Tuesday, March 22, on Fox at 8 p.m. EST.
